One of the top priorities for the OC Community Development is the reestablishment of a “one stop shop” at the Development Processing Center to facilitate service to our clients. The Customer Care Unit is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to both internal and external customers. Our goal is to provide professional and timely service in order to assist our customers with the development process. Some of the services we provide include: permit processing, online permit processing, property record research, and handling customer inquiries.
