OC Community Development OC Mystery Star Program
The OC Mystery Star Program is our new program that will allow you, the customer,
to assist OC Planning in bettering our service to the public! As an OC Mystery Star,
you will evaluate everything from parking accessibility to the service provided
at the front counter. Also, OC Mystery Stars will be able to evaluate phone and
email services they received, if applicable. By volunteering your time, you will
ultimately assist with future improvements in the OC Planning division, which will
help us to continually improve our service to you!
If you chose to participate in our OC Mystery Star Program you will be offered the
option to audit or evaluate one of three service delivery methods: our Customer
Care Counter, Customer Care Phone Line or Customer Care E-mail response and services
[i.e., research requests]. If you do not have a preference, we can recommend an
option that will best fit your needs.
