OC Community Development Hearings

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission conducts hearings on Wednesdays as per the approved schedule. The hearings are at 1:30 p.m. and are located in the Planning Commission Hearing Room at the County Hall of Administration at 333 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, First Floor. All meetings of the Planning Commission are noticed and open to the public.

Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator conducts hearings as needed on Thursdays (unless a holiday) at 10:30 a.m. in Room B-10 at 300 N. Flower Street, Santa Ana. All meetings of the Zoning Administrator are noticed and open to the public.

Subdivision Committee

The Subdivision Committee conducts hearings as needed on Wednesdays (unless a holiday) at 2:00 p.m. in Room B-10 at 300 N. Flower Street, Santa Ana. All meetings of the Subdivision Committee are noticed and open to the public.

Development Processing Review Committee

The Development Processing Review Committee (DPRC) conducts meetings on the second Thursday of each month as per the approved schedule. The meetings are scheduled to be held from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. and are located at the County of Orange, H.G. Osborne Building, 8th Floor, OC Public Works Executive Conference Room 808, at 300 No. Flower, Santa Ana.

Specific Plan Review Boards

The Board of Supervisors has created the Specific Plan Review Boards as listed below to review and comment on proposed land development projects within their respective geographic area of interest. These review boards normally meet once each month and conduct public meetings. Any member of the public may attend and testify at these meetings on any agenda item. Meetings are normally conducted in the evening within the subject community. For additional information about any of these review boards please call  714.667.8888

Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan Review Board
The Board of Supervisors has created the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan Review Board to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of Foothill Trabuco. The geographic area of interest is the area defined by the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan.

The Board of Supervisors has created the North Tustin Advisory Board to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of North Tustin. The geographic area of interest is comprised of all the unincorporated area within the North Tustin area, including all of the area defined by the North Tustin Specific Plan.
